The organization designs and manufactures dialysis machines, produces dialyzers and disposables, operates clinics, and develops protocols all under one umbrella creating unique opportunities for registered nurses, patient care technicians, engineers, scientists, and business professionals who are motivated by purpose-driven, globally significant clinical work. Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre during post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments or modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Supervisor or Physician as needed.
