Responsibilities include working with ventilators, endotracheal tubes, tracheostomy, immediate post-surgical patients, trauma, Neurosurgery, neuro intervention, post-cardiac catheterizations, DKA, cardiac drips, sedation titration, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz catheter, transvenous pacing wire, post-structural heart patients, telemetry, lab interpretation, critical thinking, and time management. The role requires supporting patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing critical thinking skills, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
