Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy practicing across a full perioperative mix—including OB/Gyn, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Plastics, Vascular, and General Surgery—with no open-heart cases, no complex pediatrics, and very limited trauma exposure as a Level III facility. CRNAs are expected to perform advanced procedures (CVCs, arterial lines, US-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals/spinals), and the department provides dedicated, supportive training and mentorship for any procedures where you want to build confidence.
