Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in surgical telemetry License: Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Candidates must have surgical telemetry experience - Experience with open heart surgery and vascular procedures is required - Must have IV skills and be familiar with NIH guidelines - Epic experience is a hard stop requirement - Candidates should be flexible in floating to similar units Description: Permanent candidates from any other facility are eligible for this travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. Candidates must have experience with telemetry management and handling patients with myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and pre/post-operative scenarios related to heart surgeries.
