Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, and business leaders to align financing structures with project schedules, cash-flow needs, accounting treatment, tax considerations, and risk appetite. Success will be measured by the quality and speed of financing execution, accuracy and transparency of financial analysis, strength of internal and external partnerships, and the ability to help Bitdeer fund GPU and data-center growth while maintaining disciplined economics and risk controls.
