Overview: Prepares, assembles, serves, and delivers food, and performs sanitation activities in assigned areas: patient area for patient tray assembly and sanitation; patient tray delivery and menu collection; or the detail dining areas. Retail Dining Areas: Performs procedures in the retail areas according to all State and hospital guidelines, including serving, and/or portioning of food, preparing items to order, informing/directing customers as needed.
