Minimum Qualifications: Trainee Qualifications: Requires High School diploma or GED; Plus, two (2) years of experience in institutional food service and experience in food service supervision; must obtain ServSafe certification or Completion of the Tennessee Department of Education - Food Safety and Schools Certificate Program) within one year.
