Works with Graduate Program Coordinators (GPC) and program directors in hospitality management, the Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD), and the Coordinated Program in Dietetics (CP) to manage graduate admissions workflows, including application processing, applicant communications, coordination with the Graduate School, and management of student holds and enrollment exceptions. Additionally, this role oversees departmental procurement and fiscal operations, including managing the departmental P-card, processing budgets and purchase requisitions, maintaining physical inventory, and sourcing equipment, maintenance supplies, and classroom materials for Lenoir Dining in accordance with university policies.
