Prepares food, washes dishes, cleans up kitchen area, serves food, operates equipment, completes daily records, stocks food and supplies, prepares deposits and delivers to the bank on occasions, serves as cashier on occasion, closes out cash drawers, runs kitchen in the absence of the SNP Manager.
