The Medical Director functions within a matrixed leadership structure and works collaboratively with NEMG, ACE, specialty and operational leadership in support of ambulatory specialty initiatives and organizational priorities to advance quality, access, productivity, operational performance, and patient-centered care across ambulatory NEMG practices. Responsibilities: As Medical Director, OB/GYN, you will serve as the physician leader for ambulatory OB/GYN services across Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance clinical excellence, physician engagement, patient access, quality outcomes, and practice performance.
