Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program • Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting • Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area (approximately 50%) • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance • Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfers and equipment movement.
