The primary focus of a Technical Proposal Cloud Solution Engineer is to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions and to present the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to our partners, prospects, customers, and internally to our sales force. Understanding, identifying, and documenting client requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate, and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery.
