Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; occupational therapy license in hand at submission; Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) experience for clinicians completing Start of Care (SOC) visits; proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB); active drivers license and personal transportation; timely communication and documentation skills; experience with acute care, activities of daily living, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), ultrasound, arthritis programs, hand injuries, hip fractures and total hip replacements, soft-tissue injuries, knee injuries and total knee replacements, lower-extremity prosthetics, dynamic and functional splints, Orthoplast, serial and inhibitory techniques, static splints, and upper-extremity prosthetics. The role requires current clinical documentation, timely communication, proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB), and experience with the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS).
