Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Treat a high volume of post-surgical hand therapy patients.
Fabricate and adjust dynamic splints as clinically indicated.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care.
Practice Setting.
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
Minimum of two (2) years of hand therapy experience required.
Outpatient occupational therapy experience required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required.
Strong experience with dynamic splint fabrication preferred.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification is a plus.
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills required.
