Advanced degree preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP; minimum of 3-5 years hospital/health system accreditation experience, or minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare field; relevant experience and/or certification in Lean, or Six Sigma, or Project Management desirable but not required. Works closely with other consulting professionals, responsible for delivering key components of client service engagements, managing Accreditation projects with multiple customers simultaneously, and supporting various aspects of practice development, as assigned.
