Job Description:-Assesses individuals physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop and implement a treatment plan.-Serves as a member of a treatment team; attend care plan meetings, communicates occupational therapy treatment plans to family members.-Administers occupational therapy programs and provide treatment to individuals with more complicated occupational therapy needs. Physical Therapy Assistants, reviews, and cosigns paperwork.-Professional interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and families.-Attends to responsibilities of the Director of Rehab in their absence.
