Skills required: Experience with above patient types, in-basket management, prior authorization paperwork (will go to Prior Auth team after), FMLA, order entry, O2 walking evaluation to see how patients do on room air, education on medications, triaging sick calls, answering patient questions in portal, medication refills. All pulmonary diagnoses - COPD, asthma, chronic coughs, sleep medicine (CPAP and obstructive sleep apnea), snoring, SOB, smokers, patients on O2.
