Under the guidance and oversight of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will play a vital role in augmenting and expanding the occupational therapy services provided to our participants with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Assists participants in developing essential skills for independent living, including utilizing local resources, managing a household, organizing time effectively, cooking and understanding nutrition, making informed decisions, and employing suitable social skills.
