Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; occupational therapy license in hand at submission; required OASIS experience for clinicians completing Start of Care (SOC) visits; proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB); active drivers license and personal transportation; previous travel experience required, and first-time travelers are not accepted. Clinical experience may include activities of daily living, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), ultrasound, arthritis programs, hand injuries, hip fractures and total hip replacements, soft-tissue injuries, knee injuries and total knee replacements, prosthetics, and dynamic, functional, static, serial, and inhibitory splinting.
