Patient Types: All adults, strictly home health, Geriatrics, post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, CHF, etc., Will work with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams, Morning team huddle via phone every morning. Certs Required: BLS, WI License; Vehicle, Active driver's license, active auto insurance; Will accept a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
