The Site Director leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operations administrative staff to deliver exceptional, whole-child care to the families we serve. Manage the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance by monitoring operational expenses, maintaining financial health, and executing strategies to drive revenue and contain cost efficiencies.
