p>Job Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive evaluation, therapeutic management, goal modification, patient/family education, ongoing discharge planning and referral for appropriate professionals/programs, periodic re-assessment, and develops goal driven treatment plans taking into consideration the patient''s age, educational level, family support, and cultural and psychosocial issues. Contributes to the department through presenting and implementing new treatment technique/procedure, group treatment idea, student supervision, request for new equipment, team participation, and other areas approved by management.
