You will work alongside a star team from engineering, data science, computer vision, research & design, marketing, operations, legal, sales & customer success in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, technology environment to build intelligent experiences to shift behavior and drive ROI-positive impact for customers.What You’ll Do: <ul><li>As a Director of Product, you will play a leadership role in developing and implementing a strategic vision for Motive’s AI-powered safety products </li><li>Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscapes, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain Motives competitive edge in AI-driven safety solutions.</li><li>Spearhead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI features, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance</li><li>Partner closely with engineering, data science, and computer vision teams to navigate technical complexities and deliver exceptional product outcomes.</li><li>Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into innovative solutions that maximize the impact of Motives safety products.</li><li>Be bold and strategic in identifying product improvements and new growth opportunities</li><li>Partner closely with our Sales team to engage on critical strategic accounts and trials</li><li>Strive in a player/coach role and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional product outcomes while rolling up your sleeves and maintaining a hands-on approach to project execution</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the technical complexities of the product, spanning software, hardware, AI, and data domains</li><li>Work closely with other product managers, within and outside of Safety, to develop and implement the product strategy</li><li>Collaborate with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns</li><li>Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches</li><li>Actively contribute to an amazing work culture</li></ul>What We’re Looking For: <ul><li>8+ years of Product Management experience, with proven experience in launching and scaling commercially successful software products in a B2B SaaS environment</li><li>Hands-on product management experience in a complex technical environment involving IoT, AI/ML, and an integrated hardware and software stack</li><li>Proven track record in developing and scaling products that specifically utilize computer vision and machine learning</li><li>High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers</li><li>Be data-driven; you regularly seek out and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and opinions</li><li>You are comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in verbal or written form. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with different personality types and seniority levels.</li><li>You are a trailblazer who is humble, kind, and open to learning new stuff. You can take a stand yet commit even when you disagree. You have a strong bias to action (aka hustle) and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.</li><li>Have enough technical knowledge to gain the respect of engineers</li><li>Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams</li></ul>Pay TransparencyYour compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
