Overview:
Our Environmental Sector delivers comprehensive environmental solutions to meet the full project lifecycle needs of clients in renewable energy, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams in the country, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects. TRC is seeking a Project Manager to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico Engineering, Construction, and Remediation team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual and is a results-oriented leader who works with stakeholders to understand project needs and manages teams to deliver services to meet those requirements. The project manager is responsible for networking with clients to identify and define projects, developing and negotiating proposals, building teams of technical staff and sub-consultants to execute work, maintaining quality and risk management processes to keep work on track, and delivering according to scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Management of environmental compliance assessments, remediation projects, environmental assessments, report preparation, feasibility studies, task management, and subcontractor oversight.</li><li>Understanding of chemicals of concern in environmental remediation.</li><li>Review and prepare proposals and statement of qualifications.</li><li>Work to cross-sell TRC services and increase business from existing accounts.</li><li>Creates and executes project work plans and staffing plans.</li><li>Manages project risk by understanding and following risk management procedures.</li><li>Proficient implementation of TRC’s Health & Safety Program and Quality Management Plan.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:black">15 to 25 years of experience with an environmental consulting/engineering firm that has project experience in environmental compliance, environmental investigations, remediation, due diligence, and other environmental matters.</li><li style="color:black">Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental sciences, geology, engineering, or related field of study from an accredited university.</li><li style="color:black">Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success in project management and client management.</li><li style="color:black">Working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, NPDES, CERCLA, etc.) and state regulatory agencies (NMED, NMOCD, CDPHE).</li><li style="color:black">Ability to interface well with and develop a positive relationship with our clients and employees.</li><li style="color:black">Strong communication skills, both written and oral.</li></ul>40-hour HAZWOPER health and safety training certificate.Benefits*: TRC offers a competitive benefit package consisting of:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.</li><li>401k package that includes both traditional and Roth IRA options and Company match.</li><li>Paid time off contingent upon full time or part time status and level of seniority (ranging from 15 to 25 days per year).</li><li>All full-time employees enjoy a minimum of 8 Paid Holidays per year.</li><li>TRC ensures that all employees, including those that work part-time, receive paid sick, family, and disability leave in accordance with the laws of their state of residence.</li></ul>*These benefits are applicable to US employees depending on their employment status (full time, part time, or temporary). With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams in the country, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects. POSITION SUMMARYTRC is seeking an Archeological Crew Chief to support TRC's Environmental Practice for large- and small-scale projects in the Southeast. This position is full time for qualified candidates in the vicinity of our Albuquerque, NM office. Crew Chief will have: prior experience as Crew Chief or Field Director assisting with directing field surveys; have worked with GPS/digital field recordation technologies, and consider field safety a top priority. Weekly field schedules are typically 5-day work week and two off-days. Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience. We are looking for individuals enthusiastic about their work with a strong commitment to client service and technical excellence. Successful candidates will enjoy the challenges of working alongside others in a fast-paced environment and developing effective solutions to project challenges. Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - TASKS<ul><li style="margin:0in">Ensure the quality of archaeological data, fieldwork, and paperwork.</li><li style="margin:0in">Direct and manage field crews performing archaeological surveys, testing, data recovery and monitoring.</li><li style="margin:0in">Promote TRC safety and quality standards, policies and procedures and ensure field employees comply.</li><li style="margin:0in">Complete tasks in a timely fashion; coordinate with project managers regarding project requirements and expectations.</li><li style="margin:0in">Abide by Company policies and procedures.</li><li style="margin:0in">Other duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
