This has positioned the organization for continued expansion across key energy and process industries.Description<ul><li>Take ownership of a Gulf Coast territory with a clear mandate to drive meaningful revenue growth over the near term</li><li>Focus on both new business development and expanding existing Oil & Gas accounts</li><li>Lead commercial efforts for a portfolio of safety and pressure relief valve solutions within a specialized product line</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to engage EPCs, win project specifications, and secure AVL (Approved Vendor List) placements</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and end users across the region</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to align on go-to-market strategy and resource planning</li><li>Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and territory planning to consistently achieve growth targets</li><li>Support technical bids, specifications, and quotations to drive successful project wins</li><li>Provide ongoing market feedback and competitive intelligence to help shape business strategy and positioning</li><li>Enable and support channel partners through product training and sales collaboration</li><li>Operate in a highly autonomous, visible role with direct exposure to North America sales leadership</li></ul> Profile<ul><li>10+ years of experience in technical sales within valves, flow control, or related industrial products</li><li>Strong experience within Oil & Gas markets, particularly selling into EPCs and OEMs</li><li>Proven track record of scaling territories and driving revenue growth</li><li>Experience with pressure relief valves, safety valves, or similar engineered valve products</li><li>Familiarity with AMLs (Approved Manufacturer Lists) and navigating EPC-driven specifications</li><li>Established relationships across the Gulf Coast EPC and energy ecosystem</li><li>Ability to manage both new business development and key account growth</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with experience in long-cycle, technical sales environments</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams</li><li>Willingness to travel up to ~50% across the Gulf Coast region</li></ul>Job Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually</li><li>Bonus structure (~30%) with opportunity to exceed based on performance</li><li>Strong upward mobility driven by recent acquisition and organizational growth</li><li>Opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential, underpenetrated territory</li><li>Access to industry-leading engineering support and premium product portfolio</li><li>Ability to make a direct impact in a business undergoing significant expansion within a critical infrastructure market</li></ul>MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
