Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Professional Engineer License required; Virginia required within six months, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida are a plus and may be required in the future 5-10 years of landfill design experience required Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, preferred Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required Excellent technical/computer skills required Ability to work in a team environment and on multiple projects at the same time Mentor and train junior staff Valid driver's license required In addition to Solid Waste design, the successful applicant may also have experience in site planning, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, drainage design, grading plans.
