This role is essential for producing high-quality documentation that captures technical specifications, project methodologies, and regulatory compliance within the oil and gas industry. As a Technical Writer, you will engage with engineers, project teams, and industry experts to develop precise and comprehensive technical documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy in conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders. Your contribution will significantly enhance the organization’s communication efforts and promote operational excellence in Saudi Arabia's vibrant oil and gas landscape.If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Draft, revise, and manage technical documentation such as project plans, operational manuals, safety protocols, and regulatory submissions pertinent to the Oil & Gas sector.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather essential information, ensuring documentation reflects current practices and compliance standards.</li><li>Provide editorial support by reviewing technical articles and papers for clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Facilitate the documentation of technical procedures and workflows, including formats for peer-reviewed submissions to relevant journals and conferences.</li><li>Ensure documentation adheres to established templates and style guides while maintaining an organized repository of documents.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify technical content and ensure alignment with project objectives.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of technical writing experience within the Oil & Gas sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, terminology, and best practices.</li><li>Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail.</li><li>Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and document management software proficiency.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines efficiently.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.</li></ul>

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on health and safety practices, ensuring that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential risks and recommend effective safety measures.</li><li>Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the Oil & Gas sector.</li><li>Provide expert advice and support to clients on health and safety management systems.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of safety among employees.</li><li>Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to establish root causes and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Prepare reports and documentation related to health and safety performance and compliance.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, changes in legislation, and best practices in health and safety management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.</li><li>At least 15 years of experience as a Health & Safety Consultant in the Oil & Gas industry.</li><li>Experience, Degree and professional certificates like RSO, ISO, safety auditor</li><li>Familiar with SA SMS, all international safety standards and  building codes. </li><li>Radiation safety office (RSO) certified</li><li>Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, standards, and practices specific to the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel to various sites as required.</li></ul>
