Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and deliver original drilling title opinions, supplemental and supplemental drilling opinions, division order title opinions, acquisition title opinions, and other oil and gas title opinions involving North Dakota lands. Independently examine chains of title, abstracts, county recorder records, court records, probate proceedings, tax records, assignments, deeds, mortgages, easements, oil and gas leases, and other instruments affecting mineral, surface, and leasehold ownership.
