The Registered Nurse works closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to address changes in patient condition and operational needs. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice while coordinating staff assignments, surgical schedules, and daily operating room workflow.
