Proficiency in critical pediatric skills including ventilator management, central line care, BiPAP/CPAP, hemodynamic monitoring, IV vasopressors, interpretation of ABGs and dysrhythmias, and care of chest tubes. You'll enjoy self-scheduling flexibility while working alongside a comprehensive interdisciplinary team including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams.
