Responsibilities: Preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for IR procedures including IV starts, nurse sedation, and assisting with a variety of procedures such as embolization, Y90, neuro, carotid stents, stroke, nephrostomy tubes, ports, trans-jugular liver biopsies, G-tube and GJ tube placement, AV fistulas, paracentesis, cardiac CTs, abscess drains, bone marrow biopsies, dialysis, and MRI observations. Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; minimum of 2 years of IR experience; neuro (strokes and carotids) and nurse sedation experience; proficient in IV insertion.
