Collaborate with the healthcare team — including RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, physicians, and ancillary disciplines — in the assessment and care of patients and families. Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments on all patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations, in accordance with policy.
