Duties: Care for acute oncology symptoms, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, sickle cell crisis, hematology, medical overflow and end-of-life patients; outpatient infusion patients come to the floor to finish treatment when the outpatient area closes; central telemetry monitoring, nurses are not required to read strips. Note: Strict 75-mile radius rule measured from the traveler's driver's license address, which must be provided at submission; the charge nurse is out of the staffing grid; floating is rare and only to medical acute; Caribbean blue scrubs; 3 days floor orientation.
