Working closely with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Risk Management, and clinical leaders, the RN Employee Health Manager helps ensure a safe work environment while supporting workforce health, organizational compliance, and hospital-wide safety initiatives. This role provides both clinical and operational leadership for employee health services, including occupational injury management, workers' compensation, immunization programs, employee health clearances, exposure response, infection prevention initiatives, and regulatory readiness.
