Job costing responsibilities: set up and maintain job cost codes; track and analyze project costs including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment; reconcile job cost ledgers to the general ledger; prepare job cost reports and variance analyses for project managers; support budgeting, forecasting, and change order pricing; prepare accurate invoices for projects; ensure timely close-out of jobs.
