Lead teams responsible for corporate close, consolidations, complex transactions, and SEC reporting while partnering with the CFO, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Legal, business leaders, Corporate Development, and internal and external auditors. You will help safeguard the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements while strengthening governance, improving close processes, and delivering high-quality disclosures to investors and regulators.
