Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field, preferred; Minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible and relevant experience required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Able to design organized, neat, and professional presentations, and other reports; Detail oriented and well organized; able to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines; Communicate clearly, concisely, tactfully, and professionally both verbally and in writing; Able to maintain strict confidentiality; Internally motivated and able to work independently; able to define problems and propose solutions; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; Proficient in Epicor ERP, preferred. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Month-end close, including, but not limited to: general journal entries, amortization and depreciation schedules, accruals and reconciliations, revenue recognition, inventory, cost of goods sold, and work-in-process adjustments, all in accordance with US GAAP.
