This role will allow for Hybrid/Remote flexibilityRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:<ul><li>The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment.</li><li>Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary.</li><li>Answer all vendor inquiries.</li><li>Analyze vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted.</li><li>Prepare accounts payable checks.</li><li>Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.</li><li>Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.</li><li>Assist in monthly closings.</li><li>Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.</li></ul><h3 style="font-size:1.25em;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;text-align:left">Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Process accounts payable invoices for payment</li><li>Enter invoices into accounts payable system</li><li>Corresponding payable invoices for payment</li><li>Performing duties to include processing accounts payable invoices</li><li>Enter invoices into the accounts payable system</li><li>Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable files</li><li>Maintain all accounts payable reports and corporate accounts payable files</li><li>Analyze vendor invoices to ensure invoices</li><li>Enter assigned accounts payable invoices into the accounting system</li><li>Maintain all accounts payable vendors</li><li>Prepare accounts payable checks and mail</li><li>Run weekly accounts payable process</li><li>Research all accounts payable mail</li><li>Distribute incoming accounts payable mail</li><li>Perform basic accounts payable and accounts receivable duties</li><li>Generate accounts payable edit batches</li><li>Prepare monthly accounts payable aging reports</li><li>Prepare and distribute accounts payable checks</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts</li><li>Generate all accounts payable checks for invoices and check requests</li></ul> MaxSalary: USD60000 MinSalary: USD50000
