This position serves as the subject matter expert for CSN and NSHE Payroll policies and processes, leave and time off for all employee types, personnel transactions, employment eligibility and requirements, personnel file creation, retention, and maintenance, Workday processes and HCM testing, CBA policies, hiring and termination policies and procedures, compensation schedules and salary changes, CSN, NSHE, State, and Federal policies and procedures and coordinates the arrangement and application of these practices, policies, and procedures among the Salary Administration team. At the direction of the Assistant Director, this position coordinates and supports procedures with Salary Administration Senior Specialists, other HR departments such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and CAPE, and also coordinates the execution of business processes with other CSN Departments, such as Budget Services, Controller's Office, Office of Technology Services, Academic Affairs, Student Services, etc.
