Responsibilities <ul><li>Learn key programs and tools including (MediaOcean, Media Tools, IMS, ADviews, ComScore) and master media math</li><li>Assist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal team</li><li>Assist in evaluating partner proposals</li><li>Responsible for smooth running of day-to-day activities</li><li>Stewardship <ul><li>Enter buys into MBOX and insure system reflects accurate buys</li><li>Update buy summary documents</li><li>Monitor network buys daily based on audience delivery data to insure delivery in flight</li></ul></li><li>Assist with campaign set-up and execution including order letters, specs, creative rotation and billing documentation</li><li>Responsible for billing discrepancies and resolutions</li><li>Compilation and distribution of conference reports from status meetings</li><li>Be integral in campaign set-up and execution including insertion orders, specs, and creative trackers</li><li>Participate in departmental projects as requested</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications or related field with 1+ years of media buying experience</li><li>Understanding of multiple media channels- Digital/Video media buying experience a plus</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and advanced Excel</li><li>Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing priorities</li></ul> Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
