Position OverviewPorsche Design of America is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of E-Commerce to drive and enhance our online sales and profitability. In this pivotal role, you will lead and nurture a dedicated team, overseeing all aspects of daily online sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing our comprehensive e-commerce strategy and steering all performance-marketing activities vital to our online business.This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, IT, Finance, Retail, and Operations, and coordination with other Porsche entities in the US, Canada, and Germany. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
