Required Qualifications: • Education: Undergraduate degree with a master's in computer science or business desired • Experience: 10+ years of ecommerce or digital business experience, including senior leadership roles • Proven ownership of a high-volume ecommerce P&L • Strong strategic and operational balance to craft high-level digital strategies and execute hands-on digital performance plans across a variety of audience/entry channels • Strong background in conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer LTV • Experience working in regulated, complex, or fulfillment-heavy environments strongly preferred • Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with ambiguity and tradeoffs • Comfort with using data and analytics to guide strategy and measure performance • Strong communicator with excellent planning and execution skills • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
