As a collaborative and supportive member of a dynamic, trades-focused higher education campus operation, the Manager of Maintenance Operations provides leadership and directly supervises and works closely with trade staff supporting campus facilities. Five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, construction, or a related field, including at least two (2) years of experience coordinating or supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, projects, or facility operations.
