The Senior Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end custom residential projects while working closely with ownership, project management, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. • Significant high-end residential or custom-home construction experience• Proven ability to independently manage complex residential projects• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
