Required Qualifications: Experience in the systems engineering sciences of satellite and communications systems, system development and integration, and multi-INT data production and fusion, with a primary focus assessing and demonstrating the effectiveness of new concepts and ideas for systems in achieving particular mission goals, formulating overall design concepts, developing criteria to establish the baseline for advancement of state-of-the-art engineering efforts as well as reviewing and assessing overall progress in the development effort phases, resolving technical challenges that can occur due to dynamic changes in characteristics, approach, criteria, and requirements, and integrating stakeholder requirements and multiple design approaches while addressing overall program risk, cost, and schedule constraints. The Systems Engineer will lead the development and documentation of systems architecture concepts, plans, implementations, and operational analyses for current and planned programs/projects in direct support of space and ground support systems research and development efforts.
