The Success Navigator provides support throughout the student lifecycle, including admissions, onboarding, registration, advising, success coaching, and retention for the Continuing Education Department programs, including College and Career Readiness (CCR), Health & Public Safety, Heritage Crafts, short-term Gunsmithing, and other short-term workforce or personal enrichment programs. Assists students in navigating admissions policies and procedures, answers specific inquiries, maintains contact with prospective students, and ensures completion of application materials of students in the admissions process, including, but not limited to, applying, financial aid completion, placement information, academic advising, assistance with registration, transfer information, and payment.
