The Assistant Director will serve as an institution-wide resource and expert on diversity and inclusion in higher education, design and implement diversity-, equity-, and inclusion-related educational opportunities for the entire BU community of faculty, students, and staff, and serve as a communications liaison, advising the unit on strategic communications and resource development. With regard to marketing and communications, the Assistant Director will liaise with communications partners to oversee the unit's communications strategy, including creating and sending a monthly newsletter, maintaining social media presence, website management and maintenance, and working closely with a communications graduate assistant.
