The Behavioral Health Specialist works closely with the primary care provider, behavioral health care managers, integrated behavioral health care navigators, and a consulting psychiatrist to revise the wellness/treatment plan when patients are not improving, and offer alternatives as needed to support treatment. JOB SUMMARYThe Behavioral Health Specialist (Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Psychologist) will be an integral member of the NHCLV multidisciplinary team to provide mental health treatment for patients in the Integrated Behavioral Health program at NHCLV.
