The Instructional Technologist supports the strategic implementation and meaningful adoption of academic technology tools, the learning management system (LMS), and digital accessibility practices to foster equitable and active teaching and learning across multiple modalities (in-person, hybrid, and online), and support the achievement of institutional goals. Strong understanding of pedagogy/learning theories (including active and inclusive learning theories), assessment, instructional design models, approaches to hybrid and online learning and instructional technology, with demonstrated knowledge of developing learning materials using a Universal Design for Learning framework.
