Under the direction of the Assistant Dean, Academic Services/Director, Center for Teaching and Learning, the Learning Experience Designer serves as an expert partner in teaching and learning, collaborating with full-time and adjunct faculty across all academic divisions to design, implement, and enhance high-impact, student-centered learning experiences across all instructional modalities (face-to-face and all distance learning formats). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned): In collaboration with other Center for Teaching and Learning Staff, the Learning Experience Designer: Partner with full-time and adjunct faculty across all academic divisions as an expert in teaching excellence, translating learning science and frameworks into practical strategies that align course outcomes, learning activities, and assessments.
